Refund policy
At Way Is Made, all of our products are made-to-order. This means your item is printed and crafted specifically for you once the order is placed. Because of this personalized production process, our return policy differs from traditional retail.
Damages and Manufacturing Issues
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will happily offer a free reprint or a full refund.

Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Requirements: Please email us at hello@wayismade.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Evaluation: Once we evaluate the photo, we will notify you of the approval for a reprint or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Because products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Ordering the wrong size or color.

Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
Please double-check our size charts and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or a defect, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@wayismade.com.
How to Start a Claim
To report a damaged item, contact us at hello@wayismade.com. If your return is accepted under our damage policy, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package (if a physical return is required). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
